Shipping Policy

Shipping & Packaging

  • Shipments will be made every Saturday (excluding public holidays).

  • Please allow up to 3 business days for an order to process.

  • Photocards will be placed in a soft sleeve and a top loader prior to shipment, where albums will be wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in a bubble mailer or a box.

For Hong Kong buyers

  • SF Express: Shipping fee will be calculated and paid when you receive the item.

For International buyers

  • Stamped mail and tracked mail are offered for photocard purchases. Shipping fee ranges from 10HKD to 50HKD.

  • Tracked mail or EMS is offered for larger item purchases. Basic shipping fee starts from 200HKD.
